Ospridoodles,

Scoured Elk Neck (Cecil County, mostly pine forest) this morning for Crossbills to no avail. However, Saw easily 200+ Red-breasted Nuthatches ! They were everywhere. Lots of Golden-crowned Kinglets. Black-capped Chickadees occasional, but not wht I'd expected considering the other species. Siskins aplenty. No partridges or pear trees. I have an idea the Elkton CBC will be fun on Saturday.
