Eurasion Wigeon in PG County

The Voice of the Naturalist had the following report: 

"Another male EURASIAN WIGEON was seen at a pond on the west side of
Brown's Station Rd, opposite the Brown's Station Landfill,
northwest of Upper Marlboro, Prince Georges Co, MD [DeLorme Pg
47, D6] on Jan 12; best viewing of this pond is from the
recycling center. "

Does anyone (e.g. JLS) know if this bird is reliable or was it a one day
thing? My wife hasn't seen one and we were thinking about trying for it this
weekend.
