Joe,

The Cecil County landfill will be open Saturday until 3:00.  I'm hoping someone will be there to cover it for the Cecil midwinter count.  No more reports of the odd gull (perhaps the legs were a pigment in our imagination).  Lesser Black-backed should be an easy score, with 3-6 usually present.
