Norm mentioned chuck Williams's Zingy Birdmail reader, and there are at
least three other places where the Voice is readily available. Two direct
links to the latest transcript of the Voice are at the ANS CapAccess site

    http://www.capaccess.org/snr/voice.txt

and the Baltimore Bird Club

    http://www.bcpl.lib.md.us/~tross/voice.html

In addition, Jack Siler has a script that automatically adds the latest
postings to BIRDEAST, BIRDCNTR, and BIRDWEST to his Hotline page:

    http://www-stat.wharton.upenn.edu/~siler/hoturls.html

RRAs often show up on Jack Siler's page before they're available on the
Zingy reader.
