This was on BirdChat, & I did not want to burden MDOsprey with the long text
since I am sure you saw it. Will you be posting this on the MOS page??
For all (especially DRN folks): When will Maryland be publishing its
horseshoe crab draft regulations for public comment. The Governor promised
they would be out in early 1998. Note that Jeff says "We also are close to
significant
restrictions being adopted in Maryland."
