Visited Assawoman WMA Saturday morning, Feb. 7, and spotted a Hermit Thrush
about 50 yards from the entrance where the map case is located. The road
itself was closed to vehicles due to all the rain and high water from the
recent storm. Walked the road all the way to the observation tower, and
noted White-throated sparrows, Chickadees, Titmice, Downy woodpecker, Cardinals.

Was unable to bird Ocean City due to closure of Route 1, both to the North
and to the South of Bethany Beach.
