We had luck twice by focusing our first and last efforts at Pine Knob Rd.,
with Deer Park sandwiched in. The best views seemed to be at Pine Knob. I
saw the white-wingeds there at 8 a.m., twice, and 10:30 am, once or twice,
though I'd agree that earlier is better.
