A few people saw the Eurasian Wigeon this morning, but while they were
watching it, a fishing boat went through the area, the Eurasian Wigeon
and other ducks took off and flew away from the resevoir -- just before
a group from Maryland arrived to see it, unfortunately. Karen Lippy
then went other places looking for it and found it an hour later at the
Lake Marburg boat launch on Hoff Road. Several of us who went to Lake
Marburg about an hour after Karen found it did NOT find it. It may well
still be in in the area, but we do not know where it is at the moment.
I'll post the information if I hear that it is seen again.

Directions To Long Arm Resevoir: From the center of Hanover, York
County, take Route 194 South (Frederick Street), turn left (south) onto
Westminster Road, go 2.5 miles (past South Hills golf course on the
right), go straight onto Grand Valley Road where Westminster Road makes
a sharp turn to the right. The resevoir will be on your right. There
are four parking areas along this side of the resevoir.
