Fran,

Baltimore orioles can be found in many locations in the City during
migration. In the City I have confirmed nesting along the Gwynns Falls
River, and I suspect nesting along Herring Run, although that is not
confirmed. These two locations are not very "birder friendly".

In my opion the best place to observe Baltimore Orioles near the City is
along the branch of the Gunpowder which runs from Loch Raven to the bay.
This area supports a nest approximately every quarter mile.
