   I'm sure you'll see a Phoebe shortly.  However, if you're in a rush,
I've seen and heard one singing at Black Rock Mill (on Black Rock Rd off
Rt 28 in Darnestown(?)) a couple of times this past week.  It's just
waiting there for you so that you may check it off your list.  If you need
directions let me know.
