The latest: the public hearing on the master plan for Black Hill Regional Park in Montgomery County has been (tentatively) rescheduled for 7 pm Tueday May 19 at Seneca Lodge (bigger facility to handle anticipated sizeable crowd), 14500 Clopper Road (route 117), Boyds.
