Hi Folks!

I am forwarding this message from Allison Wells at Bird Source. If you did not
check out the Winter Finches yet...do it now

http://birds.cornell.edu/winfin/wifin.htm

and get ready for the Spring Migration of Warblers! This is a very exciting
use of the Internet!

Good Birding,

Jim

From: Allison Wells

With the warblers now making their reappearance, we at the Cornell Lab of
Ornithology and National Audubon are hoping you'll report your sightings
to
Warbler Watch, up and running as of April 6 through BirdSource
<http://birdsource.cornell.edu>. With your participation, this online
survey will track the migratory movements and breeding distribution of
North America's warblers.

The Warbler Watch survey forms are quick and easy to use. Animated maps
showing warbler movements across the continent will be regularly updated,
so you'll be able to see how your information fits into the larger
perspective. You can also view images of warblers, listen to recordings
of
their songs, read species accounts, look at range maps, pick up tips on
where and how to watch for warblers, and much more.

We look forward to receiving your warbler reports. Thanks in advance,
and
good birding!
