Osprerians:
Being the obsessed birder that I am, I spent my day off wandering around
Cecil Co. to see what I could find.  Spent most of my time @ Elk Forest
Wildife Management Area on Elk Forest Rd.  Partial list as follows, *

Savannah  sp. in field off 272, north of Warburton Rd.
