Ah, more folks are starting to discover the great birding at this pond. I like
to come here all through the spring migration (at least early on) as
shorebirds can stop in for just a single morning, as well as hawks and other
raptors, waterfowl, swallows, terns, etc. Never have seen Bobolinks here
though. And I'm still hopeful for the eventual Horned Larks and perhaps
American Pipits. Upland Sandpiper would be nice here too. Keep us posted if
you bird this pond again. as the season progresses.
