Bren Mar Park is in the Alexandria part of Fairfax County between
395 (Shirley Highway and Van Dorn Street).  It has one nature trail,
recently paved with pressed gravel, and several jogging trails
added by developers of Overlook.  I have been trying to determine
the effect of the development on bird populations.  Are they
concentrated in the remaining stream valley habitat or are the
completely displaced?
