Steve,
 I would agree wholeheartedly about getting TO this bird. I drove right on by
the entrance to the park, because of a large detour sign which routed you
through West Potomac Park, and caused some confusion as I made my approach. I
ended up driving further down Maine Ave, turning around at the wharf, driving
down Const. Ave and back around to 15th street and was finally able to get to
the park on my second attempt. Driving down there is not for the faint of
heart!!
