did the Blue-winged Teal have?>

The BWTE had 7or8 downy young, observed by Marcia Whitmyre & myself.
Courthouse Point WMA has been reliable for BWTE throughout the spring.
On May 30, & on other occasions, Marcia & I had  Virginia Rail @ CHP
WMA  & Bethel WMA.  On May 10, we had King Rail @ Telegraph & Middleneck
