Hi Greg, Haven't seen nor heard any whips for a number of years, but used to get 'em calling along Beaver Dam Rd. in Beltsville at the agricultural center. Also out in Allegany County, west of Cumberland near Pinto many, many years ago. Don't know if they're still at either of these places, though. Good birding to ya...
