I've tried oranges, grape jelly and even got a Oriole feeder for Christmas once, but never had but brief visits from orioles in my backyard. This morning we had the pleasure of watching an Orchard Oriole right outside our kitchen window. He was feeding on our trumpet vine, off and on, for several hours.
