I spent a good part of my lunch break (from docenting in the Marine Ecosystems exhibit) looking for the now famous Virginia Rail. I searched all the old familiar places without luck! Although the busted clavicle hypothesis is quite plausible, I hope it flew away to a wilder habitat.
