After this mornings trip to Turkey Point with Sean McCandless, I can
honestly say I have never been more drenched!  Despite gray sky and
rolling thunder, the eternal optimists set out upon the trail, and were
duly soaked.  When it finally cleared, we actually saw some birds, as
follows.
Am. Redstart- numerous- 30+
Magnolia- 10
Black-Throated Blue- 1
Tenessee W.- 1
Least Flycatcher-1
Pileated Woodpecker-1
Bald Eagle- 2 adult, 2 imm.
Am. Wigeon- 2, flying low along the North East River.
Wondering when I`ll ever be dry,
