Marshall -

I'm quite surprised ...

The past two years, I had asked you and/or Jim if you had an update (or
even a reasonable guesstimate) of what the county "max" numbers were. I
never got any response at all to my request from you or Jim, so I assumed
you were not keeping track of the county totals. Therefore, I figured I
had to get the data from the local level ... hence my message.

As of this writing, I have volunteers from only the following (although I
would expect some more may jump in):

WORC	M Hoffman
HARF	D Webb
STMA	T Bell (he is coordinating this with Kyle and Patty)

So, how do we put this back together? I don't want to "turn off" the
people that have volunteered.

How about if you respond to my message and tell the MD_Osprey and
MARVADELers what you just told me. Tell them that you and I have talked.
Then ask the local "volunteers" to coordinate their data with you and Jim
... for the purposes of any future Yellow Books ... and then you can just
feed me the totals at the end of the year.

How does that sound?

Thx.

Phil
