Howdy all!

	For those that missed the Broad-billed Sandpiper at Jamaica Bay (Ha! 
Like ME!), there's a good rumor...IT'S BAAAAACK!  I will be making a
couple calls in the morning (Saturday) to verify, but intend to go after
this one immediately.

We just got a report from a reliable observer that the Broad-billed
Sandpiper was seen today(close-up views) at Terrapin Trail. This is on the
west pond of Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge, here in NYC. If it is seen again
tomorrow, we will update as in the past. There was another report from 9/14
from bench 12*the original location) but this siting was unconfirmed.
