The Northern Virginia Bird Club telephone tree received a report
that a Magnificent Frigatebird was seen at Chingocteague NWR this
afternoon (Sat. Sept. 26.)  According to the sightings sheet a
Frigatebird was seen there earlier this week. I don't know if it
is the same bird or not.  The bird was flying in circles over 
Tom's Cove.  If anyone is going down that way in the next couple
of days, could they please post whether or not they see it?  I
can't get away till Monday.  Thanks.
