Highlights of Saturday in Carroll County began in our community with a pair of Fischer's Lovebirds which made a daring escape from a neighbor's house the day before. About 44 Broad-winged Hawks were moving south over Finksburg at 2PM. Unfortunately I didn't have time for any more birding this weekend. Bob Ringler
