Hi,

This evening, October 4, I had an American Golden-plover in St. Mary's
County at Maryland Rock.  MD Rock is a gravel company on Abel's Wharf
Road south of Leonardtown, Maryland.  It was with one Black-bellied
Plover for good comparison.  I was beginning to think we were the only
county that wouldn't get one this fall.

For more complete directions:  Traveling south on Route 5 turn right
onto Beauvue Road across from the St. Mary's Fair Grounds, turn right
onto Breton Beach Road and another right onto Abel's Wharf Road.  The
third pond with the sand bars was the host to the golden-plover.
