For those of you suffering from warbler-neck there's good news!
Today I noticed that the ducks and other duck-like birds have started to
make their way into/through town. On Clopper Lake in Seneca Creek State
Park in Gaithersburg, MD I saw the following at around 5pm Thursday:

Ring-neckeds - 15 (can ducks be "necked" with all those feathers?)
Mallards - many
American Wigeons - 5
Blue-winged Teal - 5
American Coot - 1
Canada Geese - yes
