G`day Folks:
Not a bad flight this am, mod. NW winds, clear skies, from 8 - 11 am.
Red Tail- 5
Osprey-3
Bald Eagle- 1 ( 3rd yr. bird )
Harrier-3
Red-shoulder- 3** first fall sighting for me
Sharpie-15
Coops-6
Merlin- 2  ( first one through chased a terrified flicker into a tree )
Kestrel- 2

Others
Both Kinglets ( a pair of RC came within 5` to utter their husky little
call note in my face )
Phoebe- 1
Tree Swallow- 12
Red-headed Woodpecker - 5 ( VERY active, 2 adults, 3 imm. working the
clearing at the lighthouse, beautiful birds )
Red-breasted Nuthatch- 20, flyover
Palm Warbler- 20 +
DC Cormorant- 3
