The board of ed building is on Rt. 108 in Ellicott city. You would take 108 west from rt. 29 PAST centennial park and continue on a few more minutes. The Board of Education bulding is on the right. If you get to the light at Homewood rd you have gone too far. Bonnie (with fingers crossed) Ott
