Hi Everyone, Jim Paulus reports that he and Bill Norris manned the Town Hill hawk watch today, Tuesday 10/27, from 9:00 - 3:00. They were joined by Ann Mitchell and the Washington County bird club for part of the day. Conditions were foggy in the morning but then cleared pretty well. Winds were mostly from the East. Seen were: NH 3 SS 11 CH 2 RS 1 RT 37 GE 4 ( Adults at 11:29, 12:06 and 1:36 and an immature at 2:35 ) Total 58 The first really obvious movement of Red-tails and the best GE day so far.
