Hi --

I have never been to that reserve, but rainy season in the Amazon can mean
significant flooding of lowlands, which is why many of the lodges (like
Explornapo) are built on stilts! The Amazon itself rises ca. 40'. Areas
that are higher relief like Tambopata may not get as much flooding. Most
outfitters try to keep their trips to the non-rainy period.
