Perryville Waterfowl & counting Bufflehead!!?**!!

Hi Folks:
It seems that I can`t go anywhere these days without " just stopping
at...... to do a little birding ". Anyone else have the same problem?
Perryville Community Park- 10 Duck Species
Ruddy Duck- 56
Mallard- 105
Gr. Blue Heron- 3
Hooded Mergs- 12 ( first of fall for me, some of my favorite guys )
Ring-neck Ducks- 83
Am. Coots- 18
Bufflehead- 76 ( Find it very confounding trying to count the little
devils, when you know at any given moment, for the ones you see, there
are probably at least that many underwater. I suspect Greg Miller
probably multiplys by 3 < Just Kidding > ). Oh yeah, has anyone everseen
a Buffie perched on a rock, first time I observed this.
