Hi Gail! I also did the Sugarloaf CBC, in Rob Gibbs area (Area 11, I believe) at Little Bennett Reg'l Park. We also started late, around 10 before we actually started birding, but it turned out to be a beautiful morning. The water literally sparkled off the multiflora roses as the sun finally peeked through, and it was quite a sight! We had rather slow birding in the park however, our best finds being a small number of Tree Sparrows, and both kinglet species. Didn't attend the tally, so it was nice to hear about some of the good finds on the rest of the count. Thanks for the post. Hope they get the results uploaded to birdsource so we can all enjoy it. Happy birding, Rick Sussman Warblerick@aol.com
