I also visited PWRC on Sunday the 24th. I was there in the afternoon and =
there were no gulls were present on the lake.  I did find two Tree =
Sparrows near the walkway across the dry lake. Also for your =
information, Conowingo has increased the water flow dramatically with =
eleven flood gates open on Monday afternoon and expecting to go to 14 - =
20 gates open overnight. The gulls are still there, predominately on the =
Cecil county side. But I doubt the Trumpeters are there, 14 - 20 gates =
is a tremendous amount of water.
