--simple boundary Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Hi Marcia, I asked my mother, who lives near Bethany, DE to tape the Pea Patch show for me. She said that it never came on. Do you know anything about that? My office has been somewhat involved with the Plan for the Island and I was hoping to tape it for my colleagues. Thanks, Christine Taylor christine.taylor@noaa.gov ____________________Reply Separator____________________ Subject: TV Show: Herons Author: <mdosprey@ARI.Net > Date: 1/26/99 2:35 PM WHYY (Public Television Channel 12 out of Delaware) is airing a segment called "The Herons of Pea Patch" - Pea Patch is the small island in the Delaware River that is home to a large heron rookery (reputedly the largest on the East Coast), as well as to historic Fort Delaware. The show is airing in three parts: tonight (1/26), Wed (1/27), and Thurs (1/28) at 5:30 pm each night. The show will cover the Special Area Management Plan that has been developed for the island. My own cable TV company doesn't carry WHYY but maybe some of you with satellite can get it.
