Easiest life bird that I can remember.  At 8 AM I pulled into the parking
lot of the Seabreeze Restaurant and there it was on the dock pier about
20 yards away-good light, good looks.  About 10 others were there during
the hour and a quarter I was there.  Most of the time the bird was on the
nearby piers, sometimes it would fly around the area but only to return,
until about 9 AM.  At that time the bird flew off and did not return up
to the time I left at 9:15.

Thanks to Jane and the others for the directions and details of what to
look for and where to look.  Thanks again Norm for the forum for the
information.
