The St. Mary's County, MD Kelp Gull was present at 10:30 this morning, Friday, February 26, 1999, but had been there for a while (fide Michael O'Brien). Clifton was feeding it chicken this morning! The Kelp Gull has been present daily since first identified on Sunday, February 14, 1999.
