Hi Marcia,

Sunday hunting was legalized in Virginia about a decade ago, maybe longer.
Birdwatchers and I believe other outdoor-loving people lobbied hard in the
state legislature not to have Sunday hunting legalized but were
unsuccessful. I hope somebody with Virginia contacts can provide details
about this.

I too am personally opposed to taking away the only hunting free day we
have.

Thanks for alerting us.
