 You should indeed contact the Swift company (in Boston area, I think). I also
have the Swift Audubon's and had to send them back for cleaning (inside lens
had specks on them). They were very helpful, friendly, and (as their name
implies) swift! They only charged me $45 or so, and got them back in less than
3 weeks. This happened just before xmas count season a couple of years ago,
and they were kind enough to get them back before the count! I certainly would
use them before going to Redlich, where I'm sure you'll spend more and won't
get them back any faster (though I did buy my Swift's from Redlich).
