Hi Folks:
I`m off to Annapolis this am to testify ( gulp ) on behalf of the Cecil
Bird Club, and will, of course give mention that we are a chapter of
MOS.  I have been rereading all the excellent points raised, including
the MOS statement prepared by Rich Dolesh to prep myself.  Rich, Gail &
Barry, perhaps I`ll get a chance to meet you before the critical
moment.  I will focus primarily on safety issues, not only for bird
watchers, but for any group that uses the land in a passive manner ( "
non-consumptive "really says it best ).  Will log on again before
leaving ( by 8:15 ) if anyone has salient advice to a real novice in the
political arena.
