Pine Warbler

Hello all,

After arriving last winter in early Feb, a pine warbler has returned to my
yard today. Last winter they only ate suet. Today this one is eating only
sunflower. And it is singing.

Also singing are a hermit thrush, MODO's, juncoes, carolina wren, chickadees,
titmouses, robins, cardinals, nuthatches, and goldfinches doing that odd
little whine that they do. The downys, hairys, and red-bellieds are all
calling. The sapsucker remains mute.

And a red-shoulder continues to scream above the house.

Other present, but quiet birds are creepers, blue jays, pileated, and
butterbutts.

It is nice to stay home once in a while.
