Don't know what you schedule is, or if you are reading your email,
but if you are try this location.

We were in Florida last month, and at Merritt Island on Feb. 15 and 17.

Scrub Jays are almost guaranteed just south of the Haulover Canal Bridge
on Rt. 3. On the east side of the road there is a dirt track, had maybe
ten Jays there. Most were color banded and somewhat tame, 5-10 feet away.
Brings some bread they might eat out of your hand.

The Haulover Canal is NOT marked on the map in the ABA guide, but is
marked on the Fish&Wildlife and Nat. Park Service maps.
Take Rt. 406 east until it T's into Rt. 3, go north about 4 miles,
also watch for Jays all along the road on the wires.
