Saturday, 13 March. The dark Red-tailed hawk was seen again at its usual location at the interchange between I-66 and VA 234, near Manassas, VA. The bird was observed by myself and Kurt Gaskill at 3:30 PM. We were lucky enough to get the bird in flight, and perched with both a frontal view, and a back view.
