Visiting this site is a springtime ritual in our family.  Go north on
Jones Mill Road from Jones Bridge.  When you get close to 
Woodend, roll your windows down and follow the noise.
There are parking areas just north of Woodend on the Rock 
Creek side (right if you're going north) of the road (before
Jones Mill crosses the creek). If you go, be sure to take earplugs.
I was there Wednesday evening with my kids, and even they 
couldn't compete with the peepers - no mean feat! I couldn't
hear myself think.  Also heard lots of wood ducks and a barred
owl.
