The Boat-tailed Grackle report was from Upper Marlboro ... Prince George's
County ..  and inland.

The current applicable MD/DCRC review criteria is:
5. Species meeting the indicated range criteria:  
B. These species if seen along the Potomac river north of Charles County, or
inland 
away from the major tidal Chesapeake Bay tributaries: 
        Boat-tailed Grackle
