IHi Folks!

As part of my work, I review environmental impacts caused by development in 
Prince George's County. The Bald Eagle nest is on a park owned by the 
Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission. The grading work is 
part of the National Harbor Project. The US Fish & Wildlife Service has 
consulted with the US Army Corps of Engineers on the project, because the 
project has a USACE Permit for wetlands work. There have been some 
modifications on the grading activity and movement of vehicles on the site to 
avoid significant impacts to the eagel nest.
