We had good birding Saturday and today (Sun). At the "Izaak Walton" park
on Gov Br Rd in bowie, our first Prothonotary and Parula Warblers of the
year.
At Aquasco Farm Park in S. PG Co today, most remarkably, a Vesper
Sparrow - which I had been expecting to find there eventually. Also -
    Bald Eagle, 3rd yr
    White-eyed Vireo (first so far)
    Ovenbird ""
    Purple Finch (heard) ""
    Savannah Sparrow (several)

At Merkle WMA - White-crowned Sparrow, still lingering
Eastern Phoebe, doing its flight song and display
    Purple Martins, just returned
Eastern Meadowlark, hoping its field won't be mowed
Bald Eagle, Ospreys, Gt Blue Herons - all on their nests as usual
