I went to Huntley Meadows on Sunday to be interviewed and observed for =
an article on my birding for my school's literary magazine. I think I =
gave a good impression to my interviewer about birding. He didn't think =
it was as strange as it seemed afterwards. Anyway, here's the highlights =
of what I saw:

3 Green Herons
23 Laughing gulls flying SE (I think) over the park
2 Blue-winged Teals still around
2 Pied-billed Grebes
2 King Rails visible, others calling
1 Solitary Sandpiper dropped in
1 Prothonotary Warbler heard singing
30 Rusty Blackbirds

Not too much, but any reason to go birding is worth it!
