Hello all,

I started the Stone Bridge-Stable Loop today around 8:15. The temp was about
50, wind was nil until I reached the fields, when it was about 5-10 from the
WNW. I finished at 10:30, the temp was up to about 58. The sky was partly
sunny early, then mostly cloudy by the end of my walk, when I was in the open
looking up.

Notable today were several new arrivals. Vireos and Warblers mostly.
Nothing spectacular, but I ended with 2 Vireo sp, and 6 Warblers. Possibly
the last Winter Wren I will see until fall. There was a higher than usual
number of Savannah Sparrows, and a few more White-throateds as well. Many of
the Gnatcatchers from Saturday have moved on. The hawks were minimal, even
with a favorable sky.
