Folks, Spent a quick morning birding the west side of Huntley today, 21 April. Very birdy. Highlights were Great Crested Flycatchers, Winter Wrens, a Brown Creeper, RC Kinglets, a big push of Hermit Thrush (elsewhere in town too I understand), Wood Thrush, Blue-headed Vireos and some warblers. I did not do the pond except for close birds which normally don't get seen when birding the east side. At the end I include results for the evening of 20 April east side of Huntley which was very rail- and shore-birdy. Kurt Gaskill Gr. Blue Heron - 1 C.
